Dr. Floyd Lopez is a highly skilled dentist with a passion for all aspects of the profession including restorative, endodontics, cosmetics, and implant dentistry. Born in Margarita, an island of the coast of Venezuela and raised in Miami, FL, Dr. Lopez always knew he wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. After completing his undergraduate studies in Chemistry/Biochemistry, he attended dental school and graduated at the top of his class.
Dr. Lopez’s dental practice is located in Rumford, RI, and he is known for his gentle touch and compassionate demeanor. He takes great pride in providing his patients with the highest quality of dental care possible. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more complex procedure, Dr. Lopez approaches every patient with the same level of care and attention.
When he’s not busy in the office, Dr. Lopez enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have one young daughter, and they love exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and dedicating time to the outdoors. Dr. Lopez is also an avid skier and kayaker. He can be found in the slopes and rivers. He finds these activities help him clear his mind and stay focused, both in his personal life and in his practice.
